- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. cream of tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Dredge steak with flour.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Brown steak on both sides in hot oil.
- Add remaining.
- Cover; simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
- Serves 4.
