Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 c. cooked and drained small macaroni shells
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c. petite peas, warmed and drained
- 1 c. parsley
Method
- Heat butter and oil.
- Saute onion and garlic until onion is soft.
- Add all ingredients.
- Warm in oven before serving (about 30 to 45 minutes).
- Especially good served with roast beef.
