Ingredients

  • 4 small skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 cup gluten free chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
  • 2 star anise

Method

  • Brush chicken fillets with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side over medium heat until golden.
  • Reduce heat to low and add stock, dressing, chilli sauce, ginger and star anise.
  • Simmer until liquid has reduced and chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve chicken with a drizzle of sauce and bok choy.
