Ingredients
- 4 small skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 cup gluten free chicken stock
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 2 star anise
- Steamed bok choy, to serve Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
Method
- Brush chicken fillets with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side over medium heat until golden.
- Reduce heat to low and add stock, dressing, chilli sauce, ginger and star anise.
- Simmer until liquid has reduced and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve chicken with a drizzle of sauce and bok choy.
