Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 chicken, cooked, skinned and boned
  • 1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Method

  • Mix dressing with margarine; spread 1/2 in greased casserole dish. Place onions and celery on mix. Place all chicken pieces on mix; add rest of dressing mix. Mix chicken broth and soups; pour over dressing. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
