Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. grated raw squash
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
- Looks and tastes like coconut pie.
