Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked squash, cooked in salt water, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Method
- Mix all in blender.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
