Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 slices onion rings
- 6 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 6 slices bell pepper
- 1 pt. (can) tomatoes
- 1 c. chopped celery
Method
- Fry
- pork
- chops
- until
- tender and brown.
- Place onion rings and
- bell
- pepper
- over
- cooked
- chops.
- Put rice inside pepper. Pour tomatoes and celery (mixed) over this and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Simmer approximately 1 hour in covered frypan on top of stove.
