Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Put cake mix and coconut in bowl, cut in margarine.
  • Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 10 minutes at 350°.
  • Arrange sliced peaches, drained, on top.
  • Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Mix sour cream with egg and spoon over peaches.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer at 350°.
