Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 egg
Method
- Put cake mix and coconut in bowl, cut in margarine.
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 10 minutes at 350°.
- Arrange sliced peaches, drained, on top.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Mix sour cream with egg and spoon over peaches.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer at 350°.
