Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. each onion, bell pepper and celery, chopped
- 5 c. cornbread, crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. cooked squash
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
- Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400° for about 50 minutes.
