Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 2 c. corn bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- extra margarine (for top)
Method
- Saute onion in 1 stick of margarine; add to other ingredients. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
- (Dot with butter before baking.) (This tastes better if it is made in a long dish so it will be thin.)
