Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 6 or 8 large squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Method
- Saute squash
- in
- water
- with
- onion.
- Cook until done. Fry bacon.
- Drain
- excess water off squash.
- Mix with crumbled bacon. Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
- Let melt in 350° oven.
- Stir.
- Cook for additional 20 minutes.
