Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. almonds (optional)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Combine all ingredients; arrange bacon on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
