Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. squash
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing
Method
- Mix egg, soup, margarine, squash, onion and crumbs together. Mix stuffing and margarine together.
- Alternate layers of squash mixture and stuffing mixture in casserole dish.
- Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
