Ingredients
- 8 sliced squash, stewed with onion and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Stove Top stuffing (herb)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl except Stove Top and butter
- Pour in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Bake 30 minutes at 325° or until set. Saute Stove Top in butter until browned.
- Spread over casserole and bake 5 minutes.
