Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. cooked squash
- 1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix, sprinkle on dry
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream-style corn
- grated cheese
Method
- Layer ingredients in the order given.
- Top with grated cheese. Cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until brown and firm.
