Ingredients
- 3 c. unbleached flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 c. hot tap water
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 5 to 6 c. flour
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- In large mixing bowl, mix the 3 cups flour, salt and yeast.
- Put the honey and water into a quart jar and shake to mix well.
- Add this mixture to the flour.
- Stir and add one cup of flour at a time until you can no longer stir.
- Then using your hands, knead very well.
- Make rolls and place into a greased pan. Let rise about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place into the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes (when golden brown, they are done).
