Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- salad oil
- 3/4 c. warm water
Method
- Soften yeast
- in water.
- Add biscuit mix.
- Beat vigorously for
- minutes.
- Dust surface with biscuit mix or flour and knead dough
- until smooth.
- Divide dough in half and roll in
- circle. Place dough circle on baking sheet.
- Crimp edges. Brush
- dough with
- oil. Fill
- with desired toppers.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until dough is done.
- Makes 2 (12-inch) pizza crusts.
