Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked squash
- 1/2 large onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 slices toasted bread, soaked
- 1 c. hot milk
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with butter and crushed crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
