Ingredients
- 2 1/2 yellow squash (small), sliced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Method
- Cook squash until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Drain in colander.
- Put in bowl.
- Add margarine while hot.
- Add other ingredients; mix well.
- Place in Pyrex dish; sprinkle top with stuffing mix.
- Dot with margarine.
- Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes until bubbly and brown.
