Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. cooked squash (Butternut or whatever)
- salt and pepper
- 2 oz. pimentos
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 grated carrots
- 3/4 c. butter
- 4 c. corn bread crumbs
Method
- Mix corn bread crumbs and butter together.
- Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over bread crumb mixture.
- Bake at 400 degree for 35 minutes.
