Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. onion (medium onion)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box Stouffer's chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain water from squash and mix with sour cream and soup. Set aside.
