Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. real bacon bits
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Scrub taters well and slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Spread out on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet; overlapping slightly to fit on cookie sheet may be necessary.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
- Place taters on a microwavable serving plate and top with cheese.
- Microwave on High until cheese is melted.
- Serve with Ranch dressing.
