Ingredients
- 1/4 Spring cabbage
- 1/4 Red onion (small)
- 2 slice Ham
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 Black pepper
Method
- Julienne the cabbage and ham.
- Thinly slice the onion and sprinkle with salt.
- Soak it in water then squeeze out the moisture.
- Put the cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle on a bit of salt (not listed).
- Squeeze out the moisture when it has wilted.
- Put the cabbage, onion and ham in a bowl and mix in the ingredients marked .
