Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water; melt butter and cream with sugar. Add egg, yeast mixture and flour.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Drop by spoonfuls in well buttered muffin pan.
