Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water; beat egg well and add to water.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Put in well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400° until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
- Dough can be kept in refrigerator a few days.
- Bring to room temperature before baking.
