Ingredients
- 1 (No. 10) can spinach
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 1 lb. sliced bacon
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Drain spinach; then chop onion.
- Add oil to skillet and saute onion and bacon.
- Add spinach to onion and bacon.
- Add salt and vinegar; cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
