Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 oz. cottage cheese (low-fat)
- onion powder to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Pour beaten egg into preheated, nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
- Cook until slightly firm.
- Combine cottage cheese and seasonings and spread over half of egg.
- Fold the egg in half.
- Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serves 1.
