  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges or 1 c. Pomegranate seeds
  • granny smith apple 1 lg.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • feta cheese
  • dressing
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Method

  • Throw it all together
  • Makes 6 1 cup servings or 12 1/2 cup servings if served with a meal
