Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless ribeye (rib) pork roast
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon spices Chinese five-
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon orange peel grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Method
- Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub over surface or pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Roast pork in shallow pan in preheated 350 degree F. oven about 40 minutes to 1 1/2 hours (20 minutes per pound) until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes. minutes before carving.
