Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless ribeye (rib) pork roast
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon spices Chinese five-
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel grated
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Method

  • Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub over surface or pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Roast pork in shallow pan in preheated 350 degree F. oven about 40 minutes to 1 1/2 hours (20 minutes per pound) until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes. minutes before carving.
