Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in 2-quart casserole. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
