Ingredients
- 1 lb. spinach (leaf lettuce can be used)
- 1 small onion
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Bac*Os or bacon bits
Method
- Rinse and dry
- spinach.
- Tear
- into pieces and place in salad bowl.
- Add onion rings and sliced mushrooms.
- Heat oil, vinegar, sugar, wine
- and Bac*Os.
- Pour over spinach while hot and serve.
