Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams, reserve 1/2 c. juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 grated onion
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp. white wine
  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread
  • 6 sourdough rolls, cut in pieces

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except bread.
  • Have ready round loaf of bread. Slice a lid off the top and hollow out the center just enough to fill with the fondue.
  • Put on the lid and wrap in foil. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve as is with dipping pieces.
