- 3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams, reserve 1/2 c. juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 grated onion
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. white wine
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 6 sourdough rolls, cut in pieces
Method
- Combine all ingredients except bread.
- Have ready round loaf of bread. Slice a lid off the top and hollow out the center just enough to fill with the fondue.
- Put on the lid and wrap in foil. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve as is with dipping pieces.
