Ingredients
- 12 oz. spinach rotini or other pasta, cooked al dente
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, heated
- basil and pepper (use only fresh basil or pesto)
- 2/3 c. pine nuts or crushed walnuts
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Have all ingredients ready as listed.
- Turn cooked pasta into deep heated serving dish.
- Add butter in chunks, cream and basil; toss.
- Add fresh pepper.
- Add nuts and cheese; toss again.
- Serve immediately.
