- 4 lb. country style spareribs
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
Method
- In large, shallow pan, bake spareribs, uncovered, at 350° for one hour.
