Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 pint strawberry
  • 2 bananas
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup red wine or 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 1 -2 teaspoon poppy seed

Method

  • Dressing: In a blender combine all ingredients, except poppy seeds. Blend 1 minute. Add poppy seeds to dressing (optional-blend a few more seconds). Refrigerate.
  • Salad: Clean spinach & tear. Just before serving slice fruits and add with salad dressing.
