Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
- 3 chopped green onions
Method
- Thaw and squeeze the spinach until dry.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, blending well.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving.
