Ingredients
- 1 8.5 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 10.5 oz can French onion soup undiluted
- 2 14 oz. can spinach drained
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
Method
- Combine first six ingredients and stir until blended.
- Spoon mixture into greased 9 by 13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes; top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
