Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 large onions, chopped and sauteed in 3/4 c. margarine
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix all together well.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Freeze.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
