Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
- 2 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt with live culture
Method
- Dissolve the milk powder in the milk and simmer 5 minutes. Pour into a heatproof bowl and let cool until you can just dip your finger into it.
- Add the yogurt and stir.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap; wrap it in a thick towel and leave it in a warm place for 5 to 6 hours.
- Alternatively, you can make the yogurt in a wide-necked vacuum bottle.
