Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 5 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Make large marble sized balls.
- Freeze before baking.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
