Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 5 to 6 potatoes
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Slice potatoes thinly in casserole dish first.
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Drain off excess oil.
- Mix mushroom soup with milk well.
- Place pork chops onto potatoes. Pour mushroom soup over meat and potatoes.
- Cover with foil for 1/2 hour.
- Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are done.
- Absolutely out of this world!
