Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 5 to 6 potatoes
  • 1/4 c. oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Slice potatoes thinly in casserole dish first.
  • Brown pork chops in oil.
  • Drain off excess oil.
  • Mix mushroom soup with milk well.
  • Place pork chops onto potatoes. Pour mushroom soup over meat and potatoes.
  • Cover with foil for 1/2 hour.
  • Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are done.
  • Absolutely out of this world!
