Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 c. seasoned stuffing
Method
- Cook spinach; cool and drain.
- Combine spinach and all ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Form walnut-size balls and chill 2 hours.
- Place spinach balls on greased cookie sheet and bake.
- Good hot or cold.
- Makes about 20.
