Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing

Method

  • Cook spinach; cool and drain.
  • Combine spinach and all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Form walnut-size balls and chill 2 hours.
  • Place spinach balls on greased cookie sheet and bake.
  • Good hot or cold.
  • Makes about 20.
