Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1 rib diced celery
- leftover ham (or other meat), diced into squares
- 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
- cooked rice
Method
- Stir-fry in oil the egg, celery and diced meat.
- Add bean sprouts.
- Serve over prepared rice with soy sauce to taste. Serves 4.
