- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 6 3/4 tablespoons warm water
- 1 onion small
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- frozen spinach as needed
- 7/8 cup cream
- smoked salmon slices
- grated cheese to taste
- salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
- Gradually, add water until you get a soft and moldable dough, and set aside.
- In a skillet, saute the chopped onion and garlic in a little olive oil.
- Stir the spinach, and let it simmer until soft, and only then, add the salmon slices.
- Season with salt and pepper, and slowly add the cream, stirring constantly.
- Roll out the dough, and cut out circles with a bowl.
- Spread dough circles in baking pans.
- Add spinach filling.
- Top with some shredded cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
