Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 6 3/4 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 onion small
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • frozen spinach as needed
  • 7/8 cup cream
  • smoked salmon slices
  • grated cheese to taste
  • salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
  • Gradually, add water until you get a soft and moldable dough, and set aside.
  • In a skillet, saute the chopped onion and garlic in a little olive oil.
  • Stir the spinach, and let it simmer until soft, and only then, add the salmon slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and slowly add the cream, stirring constantly.
  • Roll out the dough, and cut out circles with a bowl.
  • Spread dough circles in baking pans.
  • Add spinach filling.
  • Top with some shredded cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
