Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes Red ripe
- 1 cucumber preferably English seedless
- 1/2 red onion or a coupl
- 4 radishes
- 1 juice those smaller Israeli style, one fresh lemon
- olive oil Good
- salt
- ground pepper
- red chili flakes optional
Method
- Dice all vegetables into roughly the same size pieces. Squeeze lemon juice
- (careful to catch the seeds) over the veggies. Add salt and pepper (and chili flakes, if using) to taste, and then drizzle the olive oil over it for taste.
- Toss. Chill for one hour or eat immediately.
