Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes Red ripe
  • 1 cucumber preferably English seedless
  • 1/2 red onion or a coupl
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 juice those smaller Israeli style, one fresh lemon
  • olive oil Good
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • red chili flakes optional

Method

  • Dice all vegetables into roughly the same size pieces. Squeeze lemon juice
  • (careful to catch the seeds) over the veggies. Add salt and pepper (and chili flakes, if using) to taste, and then drizzle the olive oil over it for taste.
  • Toss. Chill for one hour or eat immediately.
