Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 parsley
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
Method
- Wash parsley and let it dry for 2 hours.
- Add wheat, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and mint in bowl and let it soak for 2 hours.
- Add olive oil to wheat mixture.
- Chop parsley finely.
- Dice tomato into very small pieces.
- Chop onion finely.
- Add chopped vegetables to wheat mixture and mix well.
- ENJOY.
