Ingredients
- 2 peeled cucumbers
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
- 1-2 fresh green chilis, minced
- 3 Tbls lime juice
- 1 Tbls soy sauce
- 1 Tbls sugar
- 1 Tbls sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanuts
Method
- De-seed & thinly slice the cucumbers. Place in bowl with onions and chilis. Mix in remainder, except peanuts. Toss well. Garnish with nuts.
