Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. cream
Method
- Have cream cheese at room temperature.
- Add butter and beat until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and continue beating until thoroughly blended.
