- 1 (12 inch) round prepared pizza crust
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 14 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
Method
- prebake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes and spread on crust.
- add chicken, onions and peppers to pizza.
- drop spoonfuls of ricotta on top of pizza and sprinkle with all cheese.
- flash freeze on a baking sheet, then wrap.
