Ingredients
- 2 red or white potatoes (per person)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted (per person)
- seasoned salt
- garlic powder
Method
- Scrub potatoes with soft brush. Cut lengthwise in half and then in quarters. Spread skin side down on baking sheet.
- Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with seasonings. Broil 4 to 6-inches from heat until a fork glides in easily, 15 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness.
